Billing — how it works

  • Each plan is a monthly service package paid by one-time Stripe invoice or payment link in USD.
  • Payment is due before work begins for the applicable service month.
  • Contyra does not use automatic recurring billing.
  • Future months are invoiced only after written client approval.
  • To stop after the current service month, simply do not approve the next invoice — no cancellation notice required.
  • Unused deliverable slots do not roll over to the next service month.
  • See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility within the current paid service month.
