What happens after I sign up?
Within one business day of payment, you receive a welcome email with a link to a brand intake form. Days 1–3 we collect your voice, audience and goals. Days 4–7 we confirm scope and start drafting. Days 7–14 the first deliverable is in your shared workspace. Scale plan clients can also book an optional 30-minute call.
What's the typical turnaround time?
A finished blog post is delivered within 7 business days of an approved brief. Sales pages and email sequences take 10–14 business days. Rush schedules are available on Growth and Scale plans.
Do you use AI to write client deliverables?
No. Every Contyra client deliverable — copy, sales pages, email sequences, and SEO content for your business — is human-written and editor-reviewed before delivery. AI is used only for research summarization and keyword analysis on client work.
Is the Contyra blog AI-drafted?
Yes. The contyra.com blog is drafted by an AI editorial system using research briefs the Contyra team produces, then processed through our editorial review framework before publishing. This is separate from client work, where every word is written by a human. We disclose this so you can judge the difference for yourself.
How do revisions work?
Two structured revision rounds are included with every deliverable. Round one addresses substantive changes (structure, angle, claims). Round two is sentence-level polish. Additional rounds are available at an hourly rate set out in the service agreement.
Who actually writes the work?
Trained copywriters briefed on your audience, voice and goals before drafting. Every piece is reviewed by Contyra before it reaches you.
How do we communicate?
Email for day-to-day, plus a shared workspace (Notion or Google Docs) for active deliverables. Strategy calls are scheduled bi-weekly on Growth plan or weekly on Scale plan. Support response time is within one business day.
How does billing work?
Each service month is paid by a one-time Stripe invoice or payment link before work begins. Contyra does not use automatic recurring billing. Future months are invoiced only after written client approval.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle.
Do unused content slots roll over?
Unused deliverable slots do not roll over to the next service month. Each invoice covers a defined scope of work delivered within that service month.
How do I stop service?
Because Contyra does not automatically renew plans, there is no need to cancel future billing. To stop after the current service month, simply do not approve the next invoice. See the full
Refund Policy for details on the current paid month.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are addressed in our
Refund Policy. Briefly: the first monthly invoice is refundable within 7 days if no production has started. Once a deliverable for the billing month is in production, that month is non-refundable. Project-based engagements have a separate pro-rata refund structure.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) processed by Stripe. ACH and wire transfers are available for Scale plan customers on request.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
B2B SaaS companies between $1M and $50M ARR, e-commerce brands with a clear product point of view, and professional services firms (consultancies, agencies, law firms, accounting practices) competing on expertise.
Will you turn down projects?
Yes. If we don't think we can deliver good work — wrong category, wrong timing, wrong expectations — we'll say so during intake and recommend alternatives.
What industries do you avoid?
Contyra does not provide copywriting, content marketing, or advertising services for any business that is prohibited or restricted under our payment processor's policies. This includes adult content, gambling, cryptocurrency token sales, debt relief, regulated financial products without proper licensing, cannabis, multi-level marketing schemes, and any business making unrealistic income or health claims. See our
Terms of Service for the full list. We evaluate fit on each engagement and will decline or terminate work that conflicts with this policy.
